3 prediction markets price this story:
- Jim Harbaugh — the market puts it at 1%, with $201 traded in the last 24 hours, closing 15 Feb 2027. The market resolves to "Yes" if Jim Harbaugh leaves his role as head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers or announces he will leave before any other NFL head coach does, and this happens between now and February 15, 2027. The outcome is "No" if no other NFL head coach departs before him within that timeframe, or if he remains in his position past the deadline.
- Will the Los Angeles Chargers win the 2027 NFL league championship? — the market puts it at 0%, with $38 traded in the last 24 hours, closing 1 Apr 2027. The Yes outcome occurs if the Los Angeles Chargers win the 2027 NFL league championship. The No outcome applies if any other team wins or if the Chargers are eliminated from contention before the title game. Readers often mistake a single regular-season loss, such as the one against the Raiders, for an elimination from the championship race.
- Justin Herbert — the market puts it at 5%, closing 2 Feb 2027. The market resolves to Yes if Justin Herbert throws for at least 4,500 yards in the 2026–27 NFL regular season. It resolves to No if he falls short of that total. Readers often mistake the deadline, thinking it applies to the current season rather than the specified 2026–27 schedule.
Odds are the market's probability that the outcome happens, updated every few minutes. They are information about what traders expect, not a forecast we make and not investment advice.
