The "Yes" outcome occurs if the match ends with a final score of exactly 1-1 after 90 minutes of regulation and stoppage time. The "No" outcome applies to any other result, including draws other than 1-1 or wins for either side. Readers often mistake the inclusion of extra time or penalty shoot-outs as part of the final score, but these are explicitly excluded from the resolution.
