The market resolves to Yes if the English Premier League officially announces a sanction that strips at least three Premier League titles from Manchester City before January 1, 2028. Otherwise, it resolves to No. Readers often mistake the appeal process for a resolution trigger; only the official announcement of the title-stripping sanction counts.
