The market resolves to "Portugal" if Portugal scores before Norway during regular time and stoppage. It resolves to "Norway" if Norway scores first in that same period. Readers often mistake extra time or penalty shoot-outs for valid scoring windows, but only the first 90 minutes plus stoppage count.
