The market resolves to "Yes" if Paramount completes an acquisition that transfers control of Warner Bros. Discovery's studios and streaming businesses by June 30, 2027, at 11:59 PM ET. It resolves to "No" if no other entity acquires this specific control within the deadline or if only linear television assets are transferred.
