What counts
The market resolves to Yes if Roy Cooper receives at least 62% of the popular vote in Wake County during the 2026 U.S. Senate election. It resolves to No if he receives less than that threshold. Readers often mistake the location for Dare County, but the rule specifies Wake County.
Written from Kalshi's resolution rules by the same model that writes our headlines. The rules on Kalshi are what decides it.
