The Yes outcome occurs if Zelenskyy and Putin meet in person in Russia, including Crimea, before December 31, 2026. The No outcome applies if they do not meet by that deadline or if their next meeting happens outside Russia. Readers often mistake the end of 2027 for the cutoff date, but the market resolves based on events before January 1, 2027.
