What counts
The market resolves to Yes if Saudi Arabian airspace is officially closed for commercial flights before December 31 at 11:59 PM ET. A qualifying closure requires an official Notice to Airmen or government order that generally suspends commercial aviation, excluding weather-related, holiday, or pre-announced closures.
