The market resolves to Yes if Donald Trump signs an executive order or similar directive that officially replaces "artificial intelligence" as the federal government's designation for the technology itself by September 30 at 11:59 PM ET. Actions that rename only a specific agency, program, or product do not count, nor do speeches, social media posts, or incidental mentions of alternative terms in other documents.
