What counts
The market resolves to Yes if Ohio passes a statewide law that legally suspends the approval or construction of new data centers before December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. The measure must apply across the entire state and carry binding legal force, not just suspend tax incentives or apply only locally.
